Her designs caught the attention of renowned fashion designers Donald and Lisa Pliner who asked her to create a collection of pieces to support their Peace for the Children Foundation.Shamaine Klein Design is pleased to announce the unveiling of her latest jewelry collection, Modern Opulence, featuring earrings, rings and pendants adorned with bold gemstones set in precious metals. She also announced the new face representing her jewelry line, renowned fashion designer Lisa F Pliner.

Shamaine and Lisa will reveal the new Shamaine Klein Design Modern Opulence collection at an event for media and customers at the Donald J Pliner store in Highland Village in Houston on June 24th from 6 – 9 p.m.

Shamaine was born into a family of Jewelers and has been inspired to design jewelry for as long as she can remember. After a career in the arts and raising a family, her love affair with jewelry was rekindled when, one day while rummaging through her jewelry box she realized the pieces she loved the most were unique, bordering upon works of art and striking in some way. This ignited the creative spark and Shamaine Klein Design was born.

Shamaine made some of her initial designs into pendants for herself and as presents for her friends and family. With their unique styling and themes, the pieces were an instant hit, and soon what started as an engaging pastime turned into a full-time occupation and a design studio.
