This is the "Lutheran Citizen's Hall" in Taipei City. It can also be called the "Si Si Nan Cun". It is a converted building with demolished military dependents. It is mainly used as a space for arts and cultural performances and people's freedom. Since it is a small crowded city in Taipei, such a space in the course of the holiday is a sea of people.
